Wisconsin author Louise Endres Moore will discuss her book, Alfred: A Quiet History of a World War II Infantryman. Intensely researched, it chronicles a panorama of the experiences and emotions of one gentle Wisconsin farmer during his deployment as a reluctant front-line machine gunner in Europe.
