Caring for the Caregiver

November is National Family Caregiver's Month, so now is the perfect time to raise awareness, provide support, and celebrate the herculean efforts of all our wonderful caregivers out there! Whether you're a rookie or a seasoned pro, this seminar will encourage you to practice self-compassion and reinforce the importance of self-preservation in order to help guide you through the most challenging of times.
