SPARC Community Conversation on Zoning

The arrangement of our communities and the built environment has profound impacts on our daily lives, from the supply, cost and types of housing, available transportation choices, personal health, accessibility to jobs and schools, social interactions, cost of living, exposure to the outdoors, environmental impacts, and more.

This conversation will explore local government’s primary tool to regulate private development, zoning, and Sun Prairie’s efforts to modernize its standards to match community goals.

Sun Prairie Action Resource Coalition (SPARC) is a grassroots information and action network, which supports and promotes local involvement to move Sun Prairie and Wisconsin forward.
