Tap It/New Works and Fresco Opera Theatre have collaborated to create an original theatrical event that examines one of the most flavorful historical traditions within our community: the Friday night fish fry! Based on the work of folklorist Janet Gilmore, the production celebrates the ways in which our communities come to connect and build lasting traditions while gathered together at this weekend night staple.
