Humorous Nonfiction

Whether its David Sedaris self-mockingly ruminating upon Christmas in Holidays on Ice, or Barbara Kingsolver reminiscing in High Tide in Tucson that promoting novels “is like selling elephants from a gumball machine,” humor is scattered throughout non-fiction -- we just have to go out and find it! In this workshop, we'll explore different types of humor from an extraordinary cast of non-fiction authors an then see if we can do it!
