Join Community Action Coalition's Project Recovery counselors for this hour-long workshop that focuses on personal reflection, self-care, and gratitude practices. During this interactive workshop, participants will use journaling as a method of reflection and mindfulness of research backed practices to improve mental, emotional, and physical health after a year living through the pandemic. Participants will receive an electronic workbook for journaling activities during this workshop.
This program will be held via Zoom, and is free and open to all adults. Please register below, and Zoom details will be emailed to you, along with a link to the journaling workbook.
Project Recovery will offer several virtual workshops in April, May, and June; each workshop will be held twice. Participants may register for any workshop(s) on their preferred date:
