Teen Late Night - Advance Permission Slip Required**
Friday, September 22, 7:00-10:00 p.m.
What is Teen Late Night? Gaming (board, computer & console), movies, crafts, snacks and after hours free time!
**Teens will not be allowed to attend the program unless the permission slip has been read and signed by themselves and THEIR parent/legal caregiver. Teens MUST bring the completed permission slip the night of the program. If this sheet is lost, you WILL NOT be given another. The permission slip is ONLY good for the teen who personally picked it up from the Children’s Desk. If you have any questions regarding the evening or need to contact the library during the event, please feel free to call the Children’s Desk at 608-825-0701. Permission slips for September 22 will be available starting September 11.
