Start the summer mindfully and join us for a virtual mindfulness writing workshop with local writing instructor, Troy Hess.  Mindfulness may be defined as one’s awareness in the present moment and writing is one of the most essential ways to do so as it encourages us to center our energy on expression. You will learn several essential tenets of eastern thought to gain a firm understanding of what mindfulness is as well as how it's represented in ancient Chinese poetry. In expressing your creativity & daring to write similar poetry, you will learn that it is a mindfulness practice unto itself.
