Tom Loftus, from Sun Prairie, headed one of our embassies overseas as Ambassador to Norway from 1993-97. Loftus has continued to follow developments in the diplomatic arena and has heard the concerns people have about the current administration’s approach. If you would like to benefit from his insights, join Ambassador Loftus and SPARC (Sun Prairie Action Resource Coalition) for its latest Community Conversation. This talk will be followed by a discussion and Q&A.
