Have you always considered the Peace Corps as an option, but somehow life has gotten in the way?

Come discover your options for Peace Corps service!

  • Talk with returned Peace Corps Volunteers
  • Learn what is involved in applying
  • Get resources on how to find out more
  • Ask questions and get answers

At this event, you'll meet:

  • Harry and Margy, the married couple who were inspired by their daughter’s Peace Corps service to sell their Kansas farm and landed in Belize for two years in the early 00’s.
  • Amy and Euphrase, who met during her Peace Corps service in Guinea in the mid-90s, married, and now live with their two amazing teens in Sun Prairie.
  • Stephanie, at 26 was an “older” volunteer in Niger in the early 90’s, worked her career as a French teacher at Middleton High School, and is now going to Belize to kick off her retirement.
  • Kate (pictured) who dreamed of Peace Corps service since 1961 after hearing President Kennedy’s “ask not” speech, but didn’t leave for Ghana until age 50+, then again to the Republic of Georgia.
