Event Details

Free COVID-19 vaccines and flu shots at the Sun Prairie Library for those who are uninsured/underinsured, administered by Public Health Madison & Dane County!

Clinics will be held from 1:00-4:00pm on the following dates:

  • Monday, October 23
  • Saturday, November 11
  • Monday, December 18

Please note! Public Health will only be able to administer vaccines to those without health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover the vaccines, or children ages 6 months - 18 years who are on BadgerCare. We encourage you to check with your health care provided prior to attending this clinic.

Parent or guardian must be present for children under 18.

No appointments or registration necessary. But if you would like to plan ahead, appointments can be made at the Public Health of Madison and Dane County website below.
