Reserve a Room

This room will be unavailable starting on May 19, 2025 and will not be available again until the renovation/remodel project is finished in 2026.

The Community Room is the largest meeting room in the library. It includes a kitchen and wireless sound system. Public Wi-Fi is available. This room accommodates up to 50 people.

PLEASE NOTE: Use of this room has some limitations due to ongoing construction projects at the library. Room may only be reserved up to two weeks ahead of use. Users should also be aware that certain times of day, there will be unavoidable construction noise in the room.

The Conference Room is a meeting room best suited for smaller groups. It includes a large conference table, chairs, and a whiteboard wall. This room accommodates up to 20 people.

A deposit is not longer required for use of this room!

Because of construction and renovation, this room can only be booked up to two weeks from the current date. If you need a later date, please call the library at 608-825-7323.
