Have you ever wondered if there are things you can do to improve your cognitive health as you age? Join Ellen Taylor, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Dane County (ADRC) to find out what happens to our brains as we get older. The content focuses on dementia risk reduction through lifestyle and health factors such as healthy eating, exercise, keeping the brain active, social connections, and the importance of sleep. This program is based on the Administration for Community Living (ACL)’s guide to healthy aging.

Registration is not required for this program, but please register below if you would like an email reminder.
