The Sun Prairie Public Library has begun working on a new three-year strategic plan that will provide direction and set priorities for services for 2023-2025, and we want your input!

The library is working with Rethinking Libraries (RtL), a professional library consulting group. They have been analyzing usage trends and data as it relates to both traditional and innovative public library services. In addition to Sun Prairie specific data, they are also comparing our usage to local, regional, and national benchmarks and patterns. A key component to the strategic planning process is community input through surveys and listening sessions. The end result will be a plan for the Sun Prairie Public Library that will clearly identify the needs and aspirations of the community with both quantitative and qualitative data.

At this Community Listening Sessions, we look forward to hearing from all members of our community about your experiences, thoughts and ideas about public library service. If you would like to join us at the library for this session, please register using the form below.

If you are not able to attend at this time, additional community sessions will be held on Wednesday, Sept 28 at 9:30am in the library's Community Room, and Thursday, Sept 29 at 6:00pm via Zoom.

Accessibility: The library makes every effort to ensure our programs can be enjoyed by all. If you have any concerns about accessibility or need to request specific accommodations, please contact the library.
