Please join us for a free screening of The Bullish Farmer, a fascinating documentary on sustainable agriculture that takes viewers on a journey into the life of John Ubaldo, a once successful Wall Street banker who quit his career after the loss of a personal friend in the 9/11 attacks & purchased 185 acres of land to pursue his lifelong farming dream -- a dream that becomes increasingly complicated when he comes up against Big Ag. Instead of backing down, John becomes an outspoken activist who lobbies for GMO labeling, animal rights, the preservation of crop diversity, & the reduction of chemical fertilizers to help preserve small farms. The film is not rated & 80 minutes long. Refreshments served.
