Event Details
Join us for a dumpling-making demo with Monique Lu, celebrating seasonal ingredients of Wisconsin! Monique will demonstrate proper dumpling crimping and filling technique and will share stories and food memories around dumpling-making. Samples will be provided, and attendees will receive a copy of the recipes.

About Monique Lu:
Monique Lu was born in Taiwan. She spent eight years in mainland China and settled in Madison in 2017. Her full-time profession is working with graduate students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She documents her dumpling-making journey on her Instagram account.
