Event Details

Licensed Midwife & founder of Access Midwifery, Tehmina Islam, will share a brief history of childbirth in the United States and discuss racial disparities in birth outcomes. She will also present midwifery options both in the hospital and out of hospital, and attendees will have the option to stay and see a placenta after the event. Feel free to come with questions!
