Qigong is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent with roots that extend back to ancient Buddhist China. While there are believed to now be thousands of styles, this "mother of Tai Chi" is adaptable to all! Learn the basics with this gentle introductory workshop. Facilitated by local expert, Jo Chern, a Level 3 Certified Qigong Instructor and a Medical Exercise Trainer (Orthopedic exercise specialty) with decades of experience. Registration required.
