Tai Chi is slow, mindful exercise and attention to the breath proven to be helpful for strength, alignment, flexibility, stress management, cognitive fitness, and balance of body, mind and spirit.  It's both practical and enjoyable, and people practice it for all kinds of reasons, from fall prevention to blood pressure moderation to meditation to martial arts to cross training for other sports.  It can be modified for a wide range of special needs, and it feels good!  If you can move, you can do this! Jody Curley, M.A. Is a certified master instructor of Tai Chi Chuan with 35 years of training. She is a longtime student of internationally acclaimed Grandmaster William C.C. Chen of New York City.

No registration required, but please note that this program is geared for adults.
