StorytimeProgram Description
Event Details
Storytimes are 25-30 minutes long and are filled with books, songs, fingerplays, rhymes, puppets and more – a different variety each week. Family units (adult and child) will sit together and spaced apart from other family units. Please feel free to bring a blanket or mat to sit on, just like we did outside! These Storytimes will be held in the Community Room.
At the moment, 9:45 Storytimes are geared towards "Little Kids" and 11:15 Storytimes are geared towards "Big Kids." Little Kid Storytimes are geared towards ages 0-3 with more songs and shorter books; Big Kid Storytimes are geared towards ages 3-5 and have fewer songs and longer books. All ages are welcome at either Storytime.
Our storytime schedule will change every few weeks this season to accommodate a variety of schedules. Each storytime will require a separate registration. Please register your child for the one storytime each week that best fits your schedule. Registration will open one week prior to the event. Space is limited. All Storytime participants agree to abide by library policies and procedures.
When registering, please register using the ADULT's name as the main registrant and list all children and their ages on the registration form. If another adult is attending, please list their name as well.
