Are you feeling stress about coming out of extended social isolation? What will the "new normal" look like?

Join Community Action Coalition's Project Recovery counselors for this hour-long workshop that will focus on how to transition back to in-person work and activities. Through this interactive workshop, participants will learn about common reactions to transitioning, setting boundaries within their comfort levels, and identifying strategies for how to navigate the "new normal." Participants will receive an electronic workbook for journaling activities during this workshop.

This program will be held via Zoom, and is free and open to all adults. Please register below, and Zoom details will be emailed to you.
