The Sun Prairie Public Library has begun working on a new three-year strategic plan that will provide direction and set priorities for services for 2023-2025, and we want your input!
The library is working with Rethinking Libraries (RtL), a professional library consulting group. They have been analyzing usage trends and data as it relates to both traditional and innovative public library services. In addition to Sun Prairie specific data, they are also comparing our usage to local, regional, and national benchmarks and patterns. A key component to the strategic planning process is community input through surveys and listening sessions. The end result will be a plan for the Sun Prairie Public Library that will clearly identify the needs and aspirations of the community with both quantitative and qualitative data.
At this Community Listening session, we look forward to hearing from all members of our community about your experiences, thoughts and ideas about public library service. Please note: this is a virtual session that will be held via Zoom. Please register using the form below and Zoom information will be emailed to you, or use this link to access the Zoom session: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/89256242798?pwd=NmJIQ0kvSkdpa3RvdmVUb0hwd3Ezdz09
If you are not able to attend at this time, additional community sessions will be held in person in the library's Community Room on Monday, Sept 26 at 6:00pm, and Wednesday, Sept 28 at 9:30am.
