Your reservation request is pending until this form is received and you are contacted by Library staff to confirm the reservation.

During construction (2024-2026), room availability may be limited. Capacity is limited to 50 people.

Refer to Meeting Room Policy for complete information regarding the usage of our meeting rooms.

• A deposit is no longer necessary for this room.
• There is no hourly fee for city of Sun Prairie residents, Town of Bristol residents, or organizations with city of Sun Prairie mailing addresses.
• If a room is found to be damaged, the user may be charged for clean-up or repair.
• Users are expected to vacate rooms at the scheduled time. The same room maybe used by several groups on one day and your cooperation is essential in providing clean, ready-to-use rooms for all parties.
• All meeting rooms must be vacated 15 minutes before closing time which means no later than the following times listed.
• Priority is given to library programs.

Admission charges and sales are prohibited in the meeting rooms. Meetings will be open to any member of the public.
