No appointment needed, come as you are for resource navigating!  Community Health Worker, Darreon Steward, will be available Fridays from 9AM-12PM to provide information/resource linkage on:

  • Transportation Assistance 
  • Early Childhood Education 
  • Healthcare

  • Recreation Services
  • Community Education
