Due to unforeseen circumstances, Project Recovery will not be able to hold office hours at the library on June 7th. However, Project Recovery counselors are available by phone during their daily hotline hours. Call 2-1-1 and ask for Project Recovery.
Project Recovery is Wisconsin’s crisis counseling program in response to a disaster or critical event. Project Recovery's trained crisis counselors can provide a range of resources and services to people impacted in any way by the pandemic, from helping locate financial aid resources to providing emotional support.
Project Recovery can also offer:
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental emotional support
• Organizing and prioritizing tasks
• Information and resource referral
• Problem solving
• Coping Skills
• Better understanding of your current situation and reactions
• Stress management
• Developing plans to address unmet needs
If you'd like to schedule a one-on-one, in-person appointment, please call the Information Desk at 825-0702. Walk-ins are welcome (although you might have to wait).
