Shelter From The Storm/Employment Assistance "office hours"

 Shelter From The Storm Ministries, Inc., with the help of a Dane County Community Block Grant, will be on hand at the library Tuesdays starting June 8th, to offer employment assistance for people who:

• live in Dane County but outside of Madison, AND
• who earn 80% or less than the area median household income

What they can offer:

• help with job searches
• technology lending library for those who do not have access to a computer or phone
• access and assistance to adult education and certification courses
• help removing certain barriers to employment, such as transportation & childcare
• practice interviews and resume assistance
• Spanish-speaking assistance
